LET'S BE HONEST.

Conferences ask a lot of people.

How about a session that requires nothing?

HOW IT WORKS

What is The Reset?

Participants are guided through four activities. Nothing intimidating – just doable moments of stopping to relax.

01

Writing

A moment to put what’s on your mind down on paper.

02

Stretching

Easy movements, sitting and standing, business-casual-friendly.

03

Breathing

We slow it all down for some guided breathwork.

04

Meditation

A short, guided sit in silence – no wrong way to do it!

  • Flexible formats: The Reset is available in 30-minute and 60-minute formats.
  • Local to you: Serving conferences and events in Tampa and Orlando.

JILL'S HOT TAKE

Every conference needs wellness sessions in the MIDDLE of the day!

Because sometimes the most useful addition to a packed conference
agenda is a little breaky-break.
